Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Range Announced with Intel Inside

Intel made it big when Asus announced MeMo Pad FHD 10 at Computex a short while ago. Now it's time to witness another Intel inside tablet in the form of Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10 and Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 ( still to be confirmed. Many a time it was said that Samsung might announce updated Galaxy tablets in June. The said date was also confirmed i.e June 20 by multiple media reports.

Surprisingly, Sammy brings two Android jewels a little early. Both tablets run on Intel inside Chipset, but Samsung has not officially announced whether the 8-incher is powered by Intel or not. A new report from Reuters claims that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 indeed powered by Intel Atom processor. No such detail is known about the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0. Back in April, Samsung has come up with Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. It had a 7-inch display with resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, 1.2GHz dual-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean under the hood.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1, as the name suggests a 10.1-inch display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It is capable of displaying HD content, but Full HD resolution is still a dream. On the other hand, Asus announced MeMo Pad FHD 10 at Computex a few hours ago. The tablet comes with a 10-inch display with Full HD resolution, 1.6-GHz dual-core Intel processor, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Similarly, Samsung made Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 also packs 1.6-GHz dual-core processor powered by Intel. The manufacturer has added a 6,800mAh Li Ion battery, 1GB of RAM, and a 3-mega pixel rear facing camera. Samsung also uses home button under the screen. The device is made of plastic similar to Samsung's previous devices.

On the other hand, the makers behind Galaxy S4 announced an 8-inch tablet. In the terms of resolution, it delivers HD resolution. The 7-inch Tab 3 had a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, while this very tablet has a faster processor clock at 1.5GHz dual -core processor. Other features include : 1.5GB of RAM, a 5-mega pixel rear facing camera, 1.3-mega pixel front facing camera, either 16 or 32GB of ROM ( expandable via microSD card), Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G, and a 4,450mA battery inside.
