If you have been following the South Korean smartphone giant Samsung closely, you will notice that more than smartphones, the company has been focusing more in the tablet section. We have already seen a handful of tablets launched from Samsung's house since January this year.
Now the latest reports suggest that the company will soon launch a new tablet in multiple countries. In fact, the South Korean company has scheduled a Galaxy Premiere 2014 press event for June 12 to present its new slates.
However, there is not much information about what new products the company is going to launch and the only thing that we know for sure is that it will launch a tablet a t least. Although we are not familiar with the tablet device at the moment, we are all expecting to see one with AMOLED display.
One which is likely to be launched at the aforementioned event is the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 (SM-T800 / SM-T805). We have already seen this particular tablet leaked online in the recent past.
Now adding more to the news, Samsung has officially listed the device on its support pages. We are talking about the Samsung Spain and Samsung Venezuela official site which have listed the SM-T800 tablet. However, the company has not disclosed any part of the specs on the site.
But one thing clearly stands out here. Since it is listed in countries from different continents it is imperative think that Samsung is planning to release it in various markets around the world.
IN terms of specs, the only thing we are aware of at the moment is that it could come with a 10.5-inch AMOLED display with 2,560 x 1,600 pixels, 3GB of RAM, and an octa-core Exynos 5420 processor. A smaller Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is also expected to be announced by Samsung.
