The new premium tablet from the house of Samsung sports a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. The tablet is powered by an Octa-Core Exynos (A15 1.9 GHz + A7 1.3 GHz) CPU. The slate offers a healthy 3GB of RAM and 16GB of on-board memory, which can be later expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card slot. The Tab S 10.5 runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat. Under the hood is a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, coupled with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of on-board memory, which can be further expanded via a microSD card slot. On the imaging front, the tablet features an 8.1MP rear-facing camera with an Exmor RS sensor. The slate also has a 2.2MP front-facing camera for video calls. Sony claims that the Xperia Tablet Z2's 6,000mAh lithium polymer battery can deliver 10 hours of multimedia playback without a single recharge.

Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 features a 10-inch HD display (1280x800). It is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz MediaTek MT8389 (Cortex-A7) processor, coupled with 1GB of LP DDR2 RAM. The device also offers 16GB built-in native storage , with an option to expand it via microSD card, up to 64GB. There's a 5MP rear-facing camera and a 1.6MP front-facing shooter. The company claims that the tablet can deliver up to 18 hours of Wi-Fi browsing, with the Yoga Tablet 10 bearing a 9,000mAh battery.
