Videocon's newly launched tablets VT71 and VT10 which will come equipped with DigiVive's nexGTv application. nexGtv is a mobile TV application which offers over 100 national and regional channels from a host of categories including entertainment, movies, news, and others. The users can also can gain access to videos on demand along with the recently launched nexGTv music channel. The app has a adaptive streaming feature, which enables non-interrupted TV watching experience.
Value added service provider DigiVive partnered with Videocon Mobile Phones to provide the mobile TV service nexGTv. DigiVive's director, GD Singh said, "We are excited to partner with Videocon Mobiles for embedding nexGTv app in their recently launched tablets. This tie-up is another step towards our objective of 'massification of entertainment' as this will open new avenues for reaching out to many potential users. The tablet is available at a price of Rs.11, 200.
