The performance has to applauded reasonably because the inbuilt-processor (in case of Tegra 4) features 72-core GeForce GPU and quad-core Cortex-A15 CPU with a fifth-battery saver core, which makes Xolo Play Tegra Note the world's fastest 7-inch tablet available in the market.

Another attraction of Xolo Play Tegra Note tablet is its unique and path-breaking stylus. Yes, the stylus bundled with the Xolo Tegra Play Note shares similarities with Samsung's S Pen stylus. Thanks to NVIDIA's DirectStylus technology, the working stylus is rather responsive and managed to deliver a good show. What's the use of a fantastic stylus, if there is no compatible software? Don't worry; you will get to use two matching apps compatible with Direct Stylus: Tegra Draw and Tegra Note. Both apps have unique in-built features and performance seems above average. Also, the ‘Lasso' feature stole our heart.

Talking about the design, Xolo Play Tegra Note is a rugged tablet device. The design language has been taken from the first generation Nexus 7 and Nexus 10. The combination of rubberized looking material used to craft the rear-back along with glossy plastic worked in favor. The tablet is comfortable to hold in one hand, though, we found the device to be on a heavier side. So yes, you may find issues while holding the tablet for longer durations.

The 7-inch display supports HD (720p) resolution. Frankly speaking, the display failed to impress us. The color reproduction and viewing angles are not up to the mark. The screen is a fingerprint magnet and the same can be said about the 'reflectiveness' of the glass.

In the sound department, Xolo Play Tegra Note trumps its competitor by big margin. NVIDIA's patented PureAudio sound technology offers rich and crystal clear sound. The in-built in front side speakers are loud and insanely powerful.

One thing we really liked about the tablet is its ground breaking camera. Even though the LED flash is missing, still the camera performed utterly smooth. You also get exclusive camera features like tap-to-track and always on HDR camera. The 5-MP camera also let you capture video in slow motion.

NVIDIA's TegraZone guarantees spell bounded gaming experience. Users can down load TegraZone optimized games with stunning visual experience. Xolo Play Tegra Note tablet is hailed as a dedicated gaming console. Moreover, you can plug the tablet with big screen TV and play games via compatible physical game controllers.

The makers behind the tablet have promised long lasting battery life. The tablet can run up to 10 hours on a single charge. The actual performance will be measured when we review the device for you. The tablet offers 16GB of inbuilt memory which can be expanded via a microSD card slot.

There's a front -facing camera on the front. Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean comes out of the box. NVIDIA is responsible for pushing latest updates on time, including the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean due to be out in the coming days.
