XPAD X-720: Simmtronics First Tablet Hits the Nation at Rs 4,600

Multinational computer technology company Simmtronics has recently forayed in the Indian tech arena with the launch of its first tablet in the nation - XPAD X-720. Flavoured by Android 4.0 aka Ice Cream Sandwich, the tablet has been manufactured in India by Simmtronics, and will soon be available in all leading stores along with e-commerce websites at price of Rs 4,600.

Talking about other specifications XPAD X-720 boasts a 7-inch capacitive display with 480 x 800 resolution running on 1 GHz processor accompanied with 512 MB RAM. The tablet comes with front-facing VGA camera, however lacks a rear camera.

Further, XPAD X-720 tablet can store up to 4GB data internally, along with the memory expansion of 32 GB via microSD card. Further the tablet is Wi-Fi only with dongle connectivity for 3G and is loaded with 2,800mAh battery.

Commenting on the Indian launch, Indrajit Sabharwal, managing director, Simmtronics said, "In our strategy to reach out to our audience with most innovative products, we have launched XPAD X-720 which features Ice Cream Sandwich Android 4.0 with capacitive multi touch screen.

This tablet PC is packed with exciting applications to appeal the youth and deliver best gaming and computing experience to the users."
