In order to compete against Microsoft Surface Pro, Toshiba DynaNote and Apple iPad Pro, the Chinese handset maker Lenovo has launched its Yoga Tab 3 in the Indian market. As the name goes, this tab can be used in four modes including Hold, Stand, Tilt or Hang positions.
To make it a pro tablet, the company has added, front facing stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos feature for better experience.
Moving on, this Yoga Tab 3 sports a 8-inch HD IPS 10-point multitouch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It also features AnyPen technology, where the user can able to operate with their own pencil or pen.
This slate is clocked at 1.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 (APQ8009) processor with Adreno 304 GPU clubbed with 1GB RAM under the hood. Further, it is employed with 16GB of in-built memory, with an expansion option of up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
Shipped with Android 5.1 Lollipop, this tablet flaunts a 8MP auto focus rotatable rear camera on board. On the connectivity, Yoga Tab 3 supports 4G LTE / 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS+, GLONASS, 3.5 mm Audio jack.
The whole hardware and software is powered by a 6200mAh battery which can offer up to 20 hours of power.
Further, the Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 will be available in Slate color variant at a price of Rs. 16,999 in India. As per the company, this mid-range tablet will go on sale in the country starting from late October.
