Nvidia Shield tablet K1 starts receiving Android 6.0 Marshmallow updates

Nvidia had promised earlier that the Nvidia Shield tablet K1 will receive Android 6.0 Marshmallow update by the end of year. The company has kept this promise with the latest software upgrade Version 1.0 to its Shield tablet K1. The Shield tablet K1 is ideal for gaming.

The new update comes with a UI inspired by material design, improved burst photo functionality. This also adds new real-time HD image effects. The new update also brings Google Now tap functionality to lend it better features.

There are a lot of improvements overall. The new update allows users to check memory usage of individual apps.
