Aircel has come up with the best talktime offer yet for users in Mumbai. The telecom service provider has come up with a new recharge card for its users at a cost of Rs.105. The recharge card offers customers a talktime of Rs. 50 and an unlimited calling offer to all Aircel mobiles.
STD calls are charged at 1.5 paisa per second while calls to all other networks, other than Aircel are charged at 1.2 paisa per second. The company along with this offers a free data of 50 MB with this pack. The SMS costs under this pack are Rs. 1.5 for STD, Re.1 for local and Rs.5 for ISD.
The Aircel to Aircel free calls offer is valid for a period of 30 days. However, the pack can be renewed by recharging the mobile for an amount of Rs.100 or more. A 3000 minutes usage is also applicable to all the local calls, in the plan.
Customers currently using Aircel can also avail this offer by paying a one -time subscription fee of Rs.99/-. The subscriber will be charged an amount of Rs.100/- to use the facility further.
Aircel has also launched a plan for roaming recently which offers the users roaming calls at no cost within the network. The plan was called "One Nation, One Rate". Aircel has terminated services in places where it gets a market share less than 1 per cent.
Although, Aircel registers a low market share in some places it is seen that its market share is aggressive in Mumbai and few other circles, where it registered a growth of 21 per cent in the last quarter the same time last year.
