Flipkart Introduces Scheduled Delivery Service Feature in Four Cities
Flipkart's rise to dominance in the Indian e-retail section has been a product of some excellent marketing strategies. Now, to add yet another feather to its already glorified crown, the company has launched a brand new Scheduled Delivery service feature in as many as four different Indian cities.
Flipkart, soon after launching its Flipkart First annual subscription service for frequent shoppers, has introduced the new service that will be initially available in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata, with more cities waiting to be added to the list.
With the new service up and rolling, Flipkart claims that the Scheduled Delivery feature is not available via any other e-commerce websites in India. Also it is important to note that the new supply-chain feature will be initially available for the large appliances category.
Later, the feature will be gradually extended to other select categories. You will also be happy to know that the Scheduled Delivery is currently free of cost for Flipkart customers.
