Nokia Sends Invites for Global Announcement Event in Delhi On May 9
Gizbot has got information the Nokia will be hosting major press event in Delhi on May 9. Although the company has not disclosed on what exactly the event is all about, but Nokia officials have informed that a big device launch is planned for the event.
Taking a wild guess, it might be the launch of their new handset Asha 210, then again this is just a speculation. What ever it is, it appears to be something big, as the company has sent a press invite which says "Time to Shift Gears".
Talking about Nokia Asha 210, the feature phone comes with a 2.4 inch TFT display with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels and a pixel density of 167 ppi approximately, 2MP rear camera, 64GB internal storage, micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB additional storage, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, micro USB 2.0 and a 1,200 mAh battery offering up to 1104 hours standby and 12 hours talk time.
The phone comes with a dedicated button for launching WhatsApp. It also comes with Nokia Slam feature for sharing images and videos through Bluetooth without paring, along with Easy Swap Dual SIM, preloaded YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Gmail applications. The handset is estimated to be priced at Rs 4,000 approximately.
