UCWeb Officially Launches UC Open Platform for Mobile Developers

UCWeb, a global leading provider of mobile Internet software and services, today unveiled its UC Open Platform at the Global Mobile Internet Conference (GMIC) in Bangalore. This is the company's newest effort to share its growing and vigorous ecosystem with a broad set of 3rd party partners.

 

The company says that this is a step forward in continuation with the company's previously announced "Grow with India" initiative. In fact, the new launch also coincides with UCWeb's third anniversary in India.

Via the UC Open Platform, which consists of UC Browser, 9Apps and 9Game distribution platforms, and the UC Union mobile traffic network, the company's partners such as mobile developers, content providers, publisher, advertisers and so on will be able to access across-the-board services that help them with brand promotion, actionable user metric analysis, IP protection and monetization.
