Step1: Visit the official BSNL website
To disconnect the BSNL broadband/landline connection, visit the official BSNL self-care portal.

Step 2: Register yourself and sign in
If you already have a registered account, sign in and head to next step. If you don't , then register yourself, sign in and follow the below instructions.
Step 3: Click on services
On signing in, you'll be redirected to BSNL customer care portal. Click on ‘Service'button located at the top left corner of your screen.

Step 4: Select Submit a service request
After clicking the service button, you'll be redirected to a new page where you'll see "Submit a Service Request." Click on it.
Step 5: Enter Service ID
You'll be asked for the Service ID and Request type (in this case disconnection) along with other basic information. Fill the details accordingly and click on submit to disconnect.
