When the era of 3G network started nearly eight years ago in India, we were stuck with the 2G and GPRS connection which delivered awful network speeds (when compared to 3G and 4G) at that point of time.
Time passed, we entered the world of 4G with even higher data speeds compared to 3G. And, the technology is now shifting towards 5G, which is already in works and heading for launch in 2020 (maybe).
There are some network operators such as Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio (only 4G), Vodafone quickly got their hands on establishing 4G services in the country. But, some operators such as Tata Docomo are still under the 3G network .
In this article, we will explain the Aircel, BSNL, and Tata Docomo offers better 3G packs and verdicts the winner in 3G arena.
Starting off with Aircel, the network was founded 1999, but haven't got much attention from the customers in India and was under the limelight of Airtel all these days. When the company first started offering 3G services in India, this is where the situation turned onto their sides.
The telecom network offers 3G data for just Rs. 8, however, it is limited to only 40MB and valid for one day. They offer multiple packs in 2G and 3G and are valid for one week, three weeks, even for one day as well.
The best 3G pack according to use is the Rs. 175 pack, which comes with a validity of 28 days with a complete data of 1GB 3G. The maximum plan costs Rs. 1,697 and offers 20GB of data which is valid for 28 days.
Next to Aircel is the BSNL, which offers a good amount of 3G data for lesser values. The least package in this list is the Rs. 4 pack which serves you 20MB of 3G data valid for one data. Same as Aircel, the government-owned company also offers data packs for one week, two weeks, three weeks and for one month as well.
Recharging with Rs. 198 data pack gives your 1GB of 3G data which will be valid for 28 days. Now, the maximum plan costs as much as Rs. 3,099 with 15GB of 3G data and also comes bundled with 500 minutes of talk time for free.
Tata Docomo has a lot to offer. They have a lot of 3G data plans under their sleeve starting from Rs. 8 which offers 35MB of 3G data. The maximum plan Tata Docomo offers is Rs. 1299, which is valid for 28 days and offers unlimited 3G data.
They also have some attractive data packs such as Rs. 359 which offers you 3GB of 3G data for 28 days. Comparing to all, the best plans goes with Tata Docomo.
By this comparison, we learned that all the three operators are very much competitive, but the Tata Docomo has various offerings compared to the other two, which is followed by BSNL and then Aircel.
