Jio SIM is not recognized
In case, you face this problem where your Jio SIM is not recognized, you need to make sure that you have put the SIM in the right slot. The SIM card slot should support 4G connectivity. Usually, in dual SIM phones, the first slot will support 4G at full speed, so use this slot for the Jio SIM.
Maybe, your phone isn't compatible
Then, you need to restart the phone and take the SIM out and insert it again. If the SIM doesn't work even after this step, it means that your phone is not compatible with the Reliance Jio SIM card.
There's no signal
If the SIM card is recognized, inserted in the first SIM slot and the data is turned one, but there's no signal, you need to try these steps. Make sure the network settings are strong and your phone is set to work with the 4G LTE network.
Check APN and mobile network settings
You can try changing the APN settings to Loop Internet if the Jio SIM is recognized. Go to the Settings on your phone and manually set Jio as the network operator. If it doesn't work even then, there should be some issue with the hardware or software compatibility with your phone.
Jio SIM is working, but you can't make calls
To fix this issue, you need to Install the Jio Join app. This will most probably fix the issue. It is important to install this on your phone to make calls using your Jio SIM.
