Reliance Jio SIM Home Delivery Feature to be Rolled Out Soon: 5 Terms and Conditions to Know
In India, most people are yet to use the 4G networks for two major reasons. One is the high cost associated with the 4G plans and the other is the slower data speed.
However, with the Reliance Jio service, the 4G data is free for 90 days for the users along with free and unlimited calling and messaging. But, it is not that easy to get your hands on the Reliance Jio SIM card.

These days, there are long queues outside the Reliance Digital and Xpress mini stores that give the Reliance Jio SIM to the users. Also, people have to wait for a few days after submitting the code they have generated from the MyJio app to get the SIM card from the nearest store.
If you want a Reliance Jio SIM without undergoing such stressful tasks, you can get one right from the comfort of your home. Well, Reliance will soon roll out Jio SIM home delivery feature. With this feature, you can get the Jio SIM delivered to your doorsteps by just filling your personal details on the Jio portal.

Hold on! You need to know some terms and conditions before you get a Reliance Jio SIM card. There are a few important things that every Jio user must know and these Jio terms and conditions are detailed over here.
While it was announced that the SMSes will be free on the Jio network, the detailed tariff plans make it clear that there is a cap on the number of SMSes that the users can send. For the tariff plans between Rs. 19 and Rs. 149, the subscribers can send a maximum of 100 SMSes in 28 days. Users of tariff plans priced Rs. 299 and above can send up to 100 SMSes per day. The tariff plans state that there will be unlimited night data and it might seem to be a nice deal. But, you need to keep a check on the time. The unlimited night data usage is applicable only between 2 AM and 5 AM. Basically, it is only for three hours a day and that too at the hours. But, you need to understand that you will not get super fast connectivity after 4 GB data usage per day. Once you cross this limit, the data speed will reduce to 128 kbps. Reliance Jio claims that users can enjoy unlimited access to its apps and the services. The Jio apps include JioCinema, JioTV, JioMags, JioMusic, JioNewspaper, JioCloud, and JioSecurity. The company is offering a free subscription for these apps until December 31. However, the fact o note is that he usage of these apps will be counted again your data. Moreover, these apps can be accessed only while you are connected to the Jio network and not to Wi-Fi. Along with 4G services, Jio will be deploying public hotspots called JioNet. For every plan, you will get cellular data and data that can be used when tethering to JioNet.
