Vodafone has launched their 4G Network services in Delhi and NCR region starting today. The launch of the high speed internet service in the National Capital region is closely preceded by successful launch in Kerala, Karnataka and Kolkata.
Built on 1800MHz band the all new 4G services from the company will allow customers to access 4G LTE network speed on their smartphones, tablets etc. It will now allow Vodafone customers easier access to HD video streaming, mobile gaming and two way video calling. In fact the high speed internet connections would come in handy while streaming video content from recently launched Netflix.
Free upgrade to 4G along with an all new SIM will be provided by Vodafone to its existing range of customers along. TO enhance customer experience the company is now providing immediate 4G SIM exchange at multiple touch points in Delhi and NCR region. Same day door step delivery of postpaid 4G SIMs is also available for request sent before 4.00 pm of that day.
Vodafone is also providing 3 months of access to their Free TV (100+ Live TV channels), Movies & Music on their native Vodafone Play app as a part of their 4G subscription. Apart from that the company is also offering free international roaming on 4G at Romania, Spain and Netherlands. By doing so they become the first telecom service provider in India to offer such a scheme.
Vodafone's 4G service in Delhi and NCR is built on a strong fibre backhaul, and is supported by its 3G services. Data plans start at as low as Rs 11 for 35MB and goes as high as Rs 2,499 for 20GB.

Vodafone plans to increase the intensity of 4G rollout to cover important metro cities like Mumbai and Bengaluru shortly. As per the company statement testing of 4G service in these locations have already been completed successfully.
