To stay ahead in the tariff war and compete with the unlimited plans that Reliance Jio has come up with, several telecom operators have brought about exciting tariff plans in the last few months, and the Aditya Birla Group owned Idea Cellular is gearing up for the race too.
In the past several months, Idea has come up with several entry level tariff plans for its users. It is recently that the telecom operator announced its new plan of offering 1 GB data for a year at just Rs. 51.
It is just last week that the telecom giant, Vodafone had come up with a similar plan, but unlike Idea, Vodafone is offering 1 GB data for a year at just Rs. 55.
Check out how you can get the plan activated on your Idea number after getting to know more about the offer from here.
#STEP 1 Recharge the Idea Number with Rs. 1,499
In order to enjoy the offer, the Idea users are required to recharge their numbers with an upfront cost of Rs. 1,499.
#STEP 2 6GB Data Will be Instantly Credited
As soon as you recharge your Idea number either online or offline, your number will be credited with 6GB 4G data, which will be valid for a 1 year, unlike that of the Vodafone offer that is valid for just 28 days.
#STEP 3 Thereafter 1GB data Will Cost Rs. 51/month
After recharging with the upfront cost, the Idea users can now recharge their numbers with Rs. 51 and will receive 1 GB of data valid for 1 month.
The Offer Price Varies For Some States
For Tamil Nadu and Chennai, Punjab, Odisha, Maharashtra and Goa, Kerala and Haryana the Idea users after recharging with the upfront cost have to refill their numbers with Rs. 51.
Whereas for the states like Andhra and Telengana the monthly recharge has to be done with Rs. 52, and for Karnataka and North Eastern Regions it is Rs. 48 and Rs. 54 respectively.
