How to Set Up and Connect Your Moto 360 2 Smartwatch with your Smartphone [5 Simple Steps]
Motorola Moto 360 was the most coveted smartwatch when orginally launched last year, it was indeed the most handsome smartwatch we had ever seen since wearables came in.
Recently, the Illinois-based tech company launched the successor -- the Moto 360 (2nd Gen) -- a couple of months ago, in a renowned tech show named IFA 2015, which takes place in Berlin every year.
The Android wear comes with a round design and came to India recently at a price starting from Rs. 19,999 to Rs 23,000. The company has launched its new Moto 360 (2nd gen) collection in five different variants. In the Indian market, the company has introduced three metal band variants and two leather band versions, also exclusively for women.
While the men's variants is available in cognac, black leather and black metal, the women variant is available in cognac, black leather and black metal. The Moto 360(2nd gen) is now available exclusively on Flipkart and Myntra, starting at Rs. 19,999.

Moving on to the specifications, the Moto 360 (2nd gen) comes in two variants 1.56-inch and 1.37-inch display with Corning Gorilla glass protection on top. This device comes packed with Snapdragon 400 processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB inbuilt memory, Android Wear OS, Dust and Water Resistant.
As the device is available for sale now, we are sure some of you might have bought it. So, if you have Moto 360 (2nd Gen) or are planning to buy one in the near future, these are the things you should do to set up your shiny smartwatch!
1. Unbox it!
First thing first! When you get a new device is to unpack it carefully. Motorola has packed this piece of smartwatch like a fine jewelry with premium feel in it. So be careful!
2. Charge it for an hour at least
If you are buying a new device, there will be some charge left over in it, so that you can set it up. If not charge it up for an hour at least before you can fiddle with your new Moto 360 (2nd gen).
3. Now pair it with your Smartphone!
Once it gets charged, switch on the device and at first, it will ask you to choose your language. Next it will ask you to pair it with your Android device.
Install Android Wear app in your smartphone from Play Store → Turn on your Bluetooth → Open the app → follow the procedure till it shows your 'Moto 360 connected' on display. Tap yes, when the confirmation message is asked to pair the devices.
4. Moto Connect
If you install Moto connect, you can check the battery life of your 360 and customize built-in watch faces, you can adjust wellness profile and also can track your smartwatch location.
5. Customize your Moto Watch face
The company has included varieties of watch face and can be customized according to your taste. You can choose with different background colors and accents.

PLEASE NOTE: If you're facing any issues in pairing the handset with your new Moto 360 2, make sure that you factory reset the smartwatch by going to 'Settings.' Then you can try pairing it again. Also, let the watch complete the sync steps while pairing with the handset.
