Huawei Planning To Expand Business In India, To Launch Band Z1
Huawei's Honor sub brand is all set to launch the Band Z1 wearable in India ahead of Diwali. At the sideline of the launch of the Honor 7 in India, the company president P Sanjeev told GizBot that the Band Z1 is coming to the market very soon, may as well get launched in October itself in India.
Huawei's online specific brand, Honor completed its first year in India on 7 October. Ever since the launch of the brand, the company has sold out over 1.2 million units of devices and is looking forward to touch 1.5 million mark by December end.

With the launch of the Honor 7 smartphone, the company is expecting the sales to shoot up further.
India is an important market for the company and the company design their phone to cater to Indian consumers. Huawei is also looking forward to get in to content partnership with Indian companies to provide local content on their phones.
The company launched the Honor brand in India exclusively on Flipakrt, however going forward, they might as well partner with offline retail channels or tie up with other online players, depending upon the need and demand.
