After launching the Samsung Gear S2 and S2 Classic at IFA Berlin, the Korean electronics makes have now come up with accessories for its smartwatches.
Samsung have teamed up with popular accessories brands and designers to launch a number of bright and colourful bands for their smartwatch. The company has partnered with Italian designer Alessandro Medini for watch faces and smart watch bands. Other than that Samsung has partnered with Case-Mate, Casetify, Chow Tai Fook, Incipio, iTFit and SLG Designers.
While CaseMate is offering leather bands (Black and Brown) for both the Galaxy Gear S2 and S2 Classic, Casetify has introduced five funky coloured bands (Dark Marble, Woodland Camouflage. Coral Tribal, Diamond and White Marble. The straps made by Casetify are made of high durable sweat resistant thermoplastic polyurethrane (TPU).
On the other hand Chow Tai Fook bands will be more luxurious thanks to its diamond accents and 18k gold. However the bands will be limited to China and Hong Kong. Further iTFit has launched two and six bands made of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) for the Gear S2 and S2 Classsic respectively.
Beside that SLG Design will offer three options of the Samsung Gear S2 Classic - Buttero, Minerva Box and Lizard Skin pattern. Lastly and not the least are the wide range of transparent durable TPU bands from Incipio.
Apparently this is a huge range of accessories to choose from and it seem like Samsung hasn't cut any corners to match everyone taste. Nevertheless if and at all any of these bands will make its way to India is something that's still unknown.
