Google and Asus just launched a Rs 6,000 USB Stick Computer: Chromebit
The Google Chromebit from Asus is a HDMI dongle- which converts any compatible display into a Chrome OS computer.

Chromebooks have been cheap notebooks powered by Google's Chrome OS. Chromebooks are cheap alternative to Desktop or Laptops and are ideal for surfing the web and more when you work around Google's ecosystem. Technically, it does not work without an internet connection. The Chromebit would serve no purpose without an internet connection. Its a heavily portable device and you can go for it in case you don't go for the Chromecast. While Chromecast is more suited for entertainment, the Chromebit on the other hand allows you to do more than entertainment as it allows you surf the web and work with apps on the Chrome.
The Chromebit weighs 75 gram and is powered by Rockchip 3288 chipset with Mali 760 GPU. It comes with 2GB RAM, an inbuilt memory of 16GB, a full USB 2.0. The connectivity options in the Chromebit include a Wi-Fi 802.11ac as well as Bluetooth 4.0.

The Chromebit has been officially launched for $85 (approximately Rs.5500). The device will be available in several countries in Europe, the US, Canada and Australia. The device will be available via online retail partners.There has been no announcement about its release in Asia. So we have to wait for any further announcements.
