First of all make sure you have subscribed to Apple Music, after that open the Amazon Alexa app on your iPhone or iPad.
You can see a three-line menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen. While tapping on it you will get a list of option from which you have to select the 'Settings' option.
Now you will get a list of option on which you can see on the top 'Alexa Preferences'. Tap on the music under the same option.
Now you have to tap on the 'Link New Service' from where you can see Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon, Music and more.
