Samsung is credited to bring a revolution in terms of foldable devices. The brand came up with the first-ever Galaxy Fold smartphone. Samsung introduced its foldable phone way before other manufacturers. But, the brand faced backlash after it learned the handset had flaws. And, immediately the shipments were called off. The company took the next six months to fix the smartphone. After the makers tried and tested the device and found there were no issues, it got relaunched in the market.

However, the Galaxy Fold devices are far behind the Galaxy S10s which has witnessed 16 million sales from March 2019 to May 2019. To achieve maximum sales figures, the brand will have to wait for more. As the Galaxy Fold phones are ultra-expensive, and therefore users won't be there in thousands at a time to immediately buy the phone.

It's commendable to see the Galaxy Fold is slowly making its way to several countries after it was fixed. In the USA, the mobile phone is priced at $1,980. While in other countries, the price is fixed at higher rates because of the 5G connection and VAT. In the coming days, it would be interesting to see how much sales the brand will witness post-arrival of the Galaxy S11 series.

It comes with triple rear cameras, dual front cameras, 4,380 mAh battery, and runs Android 9 Pie. The handset is available in Space Silver and Cosmos Black colors. Lastly, its price in India starts from Rs. 1,64,999 for the given storage variant.
