Carbon for Twitter App Available on Google Play for Android Devices

    There is a new app in town, the Carbon app for Twitter, is now available for Android user. Developed by Dots & Lines, the app was initially scheduled to be released, back in July 2012. After a long delay, the wait has finally ended, as the app is now available on the Google Play Store for free.

    Holo themed Carbon is basically a twitter client which allows you stack all your Twitter content on one screen. Going over multiple pages, trying to get what you need is a pain, is there an easier way? carbon lets you have Timelines, Lists, Favourites, Searches, Trends and Profiles, all in one screen.

    The App features really cool transitions and useful gesture commands, making navigating though the app, smooth. However, the app isn't perfect, as push notifications feature is not yet available, perhaps it is the one promise, the developers have fallen short on on. Also the app is not available for Android tablets, as of now. All the Android-smartphone users out there, you can download the app from here

    Power Scroll: Scroll/Swipe up or down using two fingers to jump to top or bottom of Timelines.

    Tap+Hold on Tweets to make everything clickable right on the Timeline.

    QuickTimeline, home screen quick Timeline for Lists, Searches, Trends, etc.

    Timelines with full inline images and videos.
