Coming soon: Android ICS gets Swype

Swype is a famous keyboard application of a third party in the Android Market. This app is now likely to get the support for the Ice Cream Sandwich. This is a unique and one of its kind virtual keyboard that helps users to slide their fingers in order to type on their phones.

This app was missing the ICS support previously. The makers of Swype have mentioned in a tweet that the application will receive the ICS support soon.

The smartphones like Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S will get the software in their latest build. This software update will arrive within a short while. The app will be available for beta testing at first and when everything goes fine, it will be launched for the handsets.
