Google Drive for iOS and Android Devices Updated [Video]

Google's cloud storage service Google Drive was official announced for iOS devices at the Google I/O event in June 2012. Now, as the launch of the sixth generation iPhone is only a day ahead, the search engine giant has updated its Google Drive for iOS with a plethora of new features. Even the Android app has got this update.

According to the official Google blog, the iOS users can edit the documents just as in the Android app. They can also create a new document and edit the existing ones.

With the recent update for Google Drive, the users can edit the documents in the iOS app and see the changes that are made by the others in real-time.

When it comes to the Android app, users can add comments, reply to the comments and view tables in the Google documents.

Users of Android and iOS app of the same can also view the presentations that are stored on the cloud storage service and swipe through the slides, view them in full screen mode and see the speaker notes.

In near future, Google is planning to bring the native spreadsheet editing update to the Drive in order to make it a more productive online suite. Google Drive will offer more features as shown in the video below.
