India bags second position in terms of downloading apps with China leading the list

According to some reports from App Annie, India bagged the second position in downloading App content followed by the US. The reports also suggest that China holds the first position in app downloading followed by India and the US. Hence the major share in the in-apps purchases was of China, which directly had impact on the revenue of mobile industry.

Indian users spent an average of 50 Bn hours in using the mobile application, whereas an average of 200 Bn hours was used by the Chinese in 2017. This is a huge difference in terms of users and the impact of them on the revenue generated. As per some reports collected from the markets of India and all around it is estimated that an average user downloads upto 80 apps per month out of which approximately 40 apps are used on a regular basis, this might require some heft data usage.
