Prisma app now comes to Android OS: How to download it

Android users who were eagerly waiting to have their hands on the Prisma app finally get Beta version of it on their phones. The photo app went viral in just a few weeks since its launch on iOS platform, however Android OS users were missing it on their phones. The app for Android is out of beta and is available for download for free for all the Android users.

The company had announced beta version release of the app for Android OS, but pulled it out soon. Considering that the app garnered a big fan following on iOS, the makers of the app have finally brought it back to Android platform. The app is known for its interesting and very creative filters, which let users give a dramatic effect to their photos. It lets users 'Style' the photos by adding art filters and effects to give them an interesting twist of look.

You can choose from a variety of filters to add animated effects or give it a painting like effect or do more. You can add photos from the in-app camera or from phone's native gallery. The app functions similar to its iOS counterpart.

Once downloaded, launch the app.

Take photos using the in-built camera in the app, or pick photos from the gallery of your phone.

Once the photo has been selected or taken, you can add filters and art works.

You can adjust photos, edit by cropping and doing more, rotate the photo and do more.

Meanwhile, Prisma app for iOS has also been updated. The new version of the Prisma app for iOS now results in faster experience and brings some bug fixes.
