With the increase in the number of kids being exposed to pornography through their mobiles, new software to monitor kids' smartphone activities are being developed each day. One such software application has been developed by Norton. This application monitors what your kids do when they are granted access to smartphones.

Through this app, parents can keep a tab on their children and their mobile activities. This app is intended to teach kids how to use digital content without being exposed to illicit content. This app is termed as the Norton Safety Minder;Mobile Edition which is customized to work on the android platform(android 2.2, android 2.3). The Norton Safety Minder aids parents in monitoring the kind of content that their kids watch on mobile phones & smartphones. This app also lets parents block and filter content that they find inappropriate for their children.

Through this, even free of cost content tracking can be done for a maximum of seven days. To start the tracking process, Parents need to just download the Norton Safety Minds app, then login to the Norton Online Family account(new account can be created by people not having one). This app allows the freedom to add upto 12 phones to the same account without additional charges being levied.

This app is available in the android market and multiple languages are supported here. There is a basic and free Norton Online Family account here which activates mobile web-filtering in the Norton Safety Minder: Mobile Edition. A paid version is also available and provides access to many advanced features. So grab this application today.
