WhatsApp Now Lets You Create and Save Stickers Without Sending Them
WhatsApp is reportedly rolling out a new feature that will let you create a sticker and store it directly into your packs. This feature is currently available to some users and will be available to more people over the coming weeks.
Initially available for Android users, WhatsApp now brings the same sticker creation feature to iOS. The feature was spotted in the latest WhatsApp version, iOS 25.31.75, which is available on the App Store. Here's how it will work:

WhatsApp Now Lets You Create and Save Stickers
Now, when you create a sticker, you have to send it to a friend right away. But with the latest update, WhatsApp now lets you create stickers and save them directly to your personal collection. This update simplifies your sticker creation process and gives more control over how your stickers are organized. Instead of sending a sticker immediately after making it, you can now store it for later use.
How to Save a Sticker Directly to Your Collection
When your are creating a sticker, users will now see a new button beside the "Send" option. You have to tap it, and it will open a section that lets you choose to add the sticker to an existing pack or create a new one. This allows users to organize their stickers instantly, without having to send them in a chat first.
According to a Wabetainfo report, the ability to save stickers directly to collections is now rolling out to some iOS users. However, not everyone with the latest version will see it immediately. It is expected to be available to everyone over the coming weeks.
