Amazon India Launches New AI Store As Demand For AI Devices Grows: Check Smartphones, Laptops, TVs, and More

Amazon India has introduced a dedicated AI Store on its platform, bringing together a range of consumer electronics that use artificial intelligence. The store spans categories like smartphones, laptops, televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators, tablets, and wearables.

The move comes as interest in AI-powered devices continues to grow. Amazon says searches for such products on its platform have increased by 60 percent year-on-year.

Demand Extends Beyond Major Cities

This demand isn’t limited to metro users. Nearly two-thirds of AI-related searches on Amazon India are coming from tier 2 and tier 3 cities.

Some categories are seeing sharper growth than others. Laptops and tablets have recorded over 80 percent growth in AI-related searches, while televisions are close to 40 percent. Wearables are also seeing steady traction.

Focus On Explaining AI Features

The AI Store groups devices based on how their AI features work in everyday use. Instead of focusing only on specifications, it highlights practical functions such as on-device processing in smartphones, real-time picture adjustments in televisions, and health insights from wearables.

It also includes simple explanations of these features to make them easier to understand.
