ChatGPT Could Reportedly Soon Integrate With the Apple Health App
OpenAI is reportedly working on Apple Health integration. While there is no official word regarding this, ChatGPT is said to work directly with the Apple Health app soon. However, it remains unclear when this feature might become publicly available or whether it will be fully rolled out.
ChatGPT May Soon Get Apple Health App Integration
A recent MacRumors report reveals that the latest version of the ChatGPT iPhone app contains an image of the Apple Health icon hidden within the app's code. The file name suggests a potential integration, allowing ChatGPT to connect with Apple Health to provide more personalized responses based on your health and fitness data.

The discovered image also reveals that ChatGPT could read several Apple Health categories. These include activity, sleep, diet, breathing and hearing metrics. With that access, ChatGPT might analyse daily trends and then generate answers informed by patterns in a person's logged movement, rest, nutrition and other wellbeing information.
The report further says the ChatGPT iPhone app received its latest update on Monday (Dec 1), but there is no clear schedule for activating this integration. If this turns out to be true, Apple Health is said to appear under Apps & Connectors in ChatGPT settings. Since there is no official confirmation regarding the same, we'd suggest our readers take this with a pinch of salt.
