Chromebit: Google puts an entire Chrome OS computer into a Super Cheap HDMI stick
Google today introduced a new slew of Chrome OS devices, including the Asus Chromebit that can be described as a full blown PC on a stick.
The Software giant has come up with a new small computer that can fit in your pocket. It's called the Chromebit, and it's basically a Chromebook ducked inside a dongle.

Asus Chromebit is a full computer for under $100 (approximately Rs. 6,300) that is "smaller than a candy bar," Google said.
"By simply plugging this device into any display, you can turn it into a computer. It's the perfect upgrade for an existing desktop and will be really useful for schools and businesses", Google engineer Katie Roberts-Hoffman wrote in a blog post

The product, arriving this summer, is powered by a Rockchip 3288 with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of native storage and an ARM Mali 760 quad-core GPU. It also supports USB 2.0 and HDMI, as well as 802.11ac, 2.4 and 5GHz, and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. It'll be available in either silver, blue or orange.
Users need to simply plug it into a display via the built-in HDMI port, and then connect a keyboard or mouse using the integrated USB port or Bluetooth. Back in January, Intel too unveiled a similar product for Windows.
Google also unveiled the Asus-made Chromebook Flip, an all-metal convertible Chromebook that will sell for $249 (approximately Rs. 15,687) when it arrives this spring.

The tech giant also announced two new Chromebooks: the Haier Chromebook 11, and the Hisense Chromebook. The Haier will be available to buy at Amazon, with the Hisense on sale at Walmart, both priced at just $149 (approximately Rs. 9,387).
