GoTech Digital Funtab Fit Available in India at Rs. 5,999: What About Features?

Delhi-based tech firm Go Tech Digital has floated a new Android based tablet in the Indian market. Dubbed by the name of Funtab Fit – the device will come loaded with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and a wide range of pre-loaded apps. The most noted feature of this new tablet is its affordable pricing which stands at Rs. 5,999. Meanwhile, the tablet is the third addition to the Funtab series.

What about Features?

Funtab Fit features a capacitive display of 7 inch supporting a resolution of 800x480 pixels.Funtab Fit sports a 1GHz processor along with 512 MB DDR3 RAM for facilitating smooth functioning of the device. Internal memory of 4GB is included which can be extended up to 32GB using the micro SD card slot.

A 0.3 mega pixel VGA front camera is included to facilitate occasional video chatting. The device also features a 3-axis acceleration sensor. Users can connect external mouse, keyboard and other equipments to the tablet using the HDMI and USB ports. A powerful 3600 mAh battery is included in the device which supports up to 4 hours of movie playback and 8 hours of music playback.

Pre-loaded apps

A major highlight feature of Funtab fit is its interesting range of pre-loaded apps. Among the many useful apps, Guide My Treatment is an app that provides users with detailed information regarding hospitals and doctors in their area. The app also allows users to fix appointments with the doctor of their choice. The device come across an interesting engagement for students with its inbuilt Attano Ebook player and similar apps which allow them to access more than 1500 eBooks and more than 7500 educational multimedia files.

These inbuilt apps also provide study material for exams like IIT-JEE. Other major inbuilt apps include Hungama My Play which allows users to create their own music playlists and Hungama Bollywood app which provide users with a daily dose of entertainment. These apps provide users with access to more than 3000 videos and 6000 songs. Funtab fit also incorporates 20 pre-loaded fun filled games including Angry Birds, Chess, Tic Tac Toe and many more.

Users can also choose the app of their choice from the online App store, Fun bazaar. Users will be able to access Wi-Fi for free from Ozone hotspots as Go Tech Digital has tied up with Ozone.
