Amazon Great Indian Festival 2025: Huge Smartphone Deals on iPhone, Samsung, OnePlus, and More Teased

Amazon has officially set the ball rolling for its Great Indian Festival 2025. A dedicated microsite for the event is now live, teasing bank offers, early access for Prime members, and a lineup of great deals to grab.

The exact dates aren’t out yet, but the preview leaves little doubt that phones will be at the center of this year’s shopping rush.

Smartphones Take the Spotlight

Samsung has grabbed the single "biggest deal of the year" slot, so maybe we could see some huge discounts on the Galaxy S25 series. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy S24 Ultra are also teased. Apple's iPhone 15 also pops up with a promise of a big discount, and OnePlus is teasing multiple models, including the 13, 13s, and 13R. iQOO's 13 series and the freshly launched Vivo V60 are also some of the standout mentions.

The message is simple: from budget to ultra-premium, every phone line-up will get some form of discount.

SBI Discounts and Payment Options

SBI card holders will get an instant 10% discount on purchases, covering credit, debit, and EMI transactions. Exchange deals, no-cost EMI, and coupon offers are also part of the mix. These layered benefits make the bigger-ticket devices—like Samsung’s foldables or Apple’s iPhones—slightly more accessible during the sale.

Beyond Phones: TVs, Laptops, and Smart Devices

While smartphones steal the spotlight, Amazon is also teasing up to 80% off on electronics and accessories from brands like HP, Sony, and boAt. Smart TVs and projectors from LG, Sony, Samsung, and Xiaomi are pegged for discounts up to 65%. Amazon’s own lineup—Echo, Fire TV, and Kindle—will see up to 50% off.

The Bigger Picture

Amazon isn't just positioning the Great Indian Festival as a sale-it's presenting it as part of the festive season itself. As Saurabh Srivastava, VP - Categories, Amazon India, put it:

Flipkart’s Big Billion Days Looms

Amazon won’t have the festive season all to itself. Flipkart has already dropped the first teaser for its Big Billion Days 2025 sale, which is expected to run from September 15 to September 30, with early access beginning a day earlier for Black, Plus, and VIP members.

Like Amazon, Flipkart is also teasing aggressive phone deals, along with discounts on fashion, electronics, and home products.
