Flipkart Diwali Sale: iPhone 16 to Be Available at Big Billion Days Price — Under ₹50,000 From October 10

Flipkart is back with its Diwali sale, kicking off on October 11, with 24-hour early access for Plus and Black members. During the sale, you can get a chance to grab the smartphones at Big Billion prices.

If you missed the chance to buy the iPhone 16 during the Big Billion Days Sale - there is good news for you. The upcoming Big Bang Diwali sale will give a chance to get the iPhone 16 at BBD price for less than ₹50,000.

Flipkart Diwali Sale: iPhone 16 Deal

Flipkart hasn't yet disclosed the exact Diwali Sale price of the iPhone 16, but the teaser confirms that it will be available for under ₹50,000, using an SBI Credit Card.

Since Flipkart has mentioned that all smartphones will be offered at Big Billion Days (BBD) prices, it's expected that the iPhone 16 could be available for around ₹48,399, similar to the BBD offer. During the previous sale, the iPhone 16 was listed at ₹51,999, and with bank discounts, the effective price dropped to ₹48,399.

iPhone 16-Should You Consider It?

With the massive discount, the iPhone 16 would definitely be a great deal. However, it remains to be seen whether Flipkart has any plan to launch its pre-reservation pass, similar to the one offered during the Big Billion Days (BBD) sale.

The pre-reservation pass, priced between ₹2,000 and ₹5,000, was non-cancellable and non-refundable. It allowed customers to lock in the lowest BBD price for select smartphones, with the amount later deducted from the final payment upon completing the order. Buyers were required to complete their purchase within the first 48 hours of early access; otherwise, the pass would expire without any refund.

During the previous BBD 2025 sale, many users reported issues - despite purchasing the pre-reservation pass, they were unable to place orders for the iPhone 16 Pro, which was available at a huge discount.

So, if Flipkart decides to bring back the pre-reservation pass for the Diwali sale, it's better to purchase directly when the sale goes live. If the pass is refundable, then it could still be worth considering.
