Amazon Prime Day 2026 Sale Is Coming to India This July: Deals on Phones, Laptops, and More Expected

Amazon has confirmed that Prime Day 2026 will return to India this July, marking the 10th edition of the company's annual shopping event in the country.

The sale is exclusive to Amazon Prime members and is expected to bring discounts across categories such as smartphones, electronics, fashion, beauty, home appliances, and everyday essentials. Amazon will also use the event to showcase new product launches and exclusive offers for subscribers.

What Prime Members Can Expect

As with previous editions, Prime Day 2026 is expected to feature discounts across a wide range of product categories.

Amazon says Prime members can look forward to deals on smartphones, consumer electronics, fashion, beauty products, home essentials, toys, and accessories. New product launches from Indian and global brands are also expected during the event.

In addition to shopping benefits, Prime members will continue to receive access to Prime Video content, cashback offers, and fast delivery options.

How to Prepare for Prime Day 2026

Users who want access to Prime Day offers will need an active Prime membership.

Amazon recommends enabling deal alerts through its mobile app before the event begins. The feature allows users to receive notifications for products they've recently searched for or viewed.

Prime members can also create wishlists ahead of the sale to keep track of products they plan to purchase once discounts go live.

Amazon currently offers multiple Prime membership options in India.

The standard Prime plan costs ₹1,499 per year and includes shopping and entertainment benefits. Prime Lite is available for ₹799 per year, while the Prime Shopping Edition starts at ₹399 per year and focuses on shopping-related perks.

Amazon says Prime members also receive benefits such as faster delivery options, cashback rewards, and early access to select sales and launches.
