Sony has announced a limited time offer on the PlayStation 5 (Slim). The sale will run from April 17, 2025, to May 14, 2025, or until stocks last. PlayStation India has introduced a "Summer Sale" for a limited period, offering a Rs. 5,000 discount on select PlayStation 5 (Slim) models.

The discount can be availed at various authorised retailers. These include both online and offline platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Croma, Flipkart, Reliance Digital, Sony Center, and Vijay Sales. This wide availability ensures that consumers have multiple options to purchase the console.

The PlayStation 5 Slim features a more streamlined design compared to the standard model. It is 25% lighter and occupies about 30% less space. The original PS5 measures 104mm x 390mm x 260mm, whereas the PS5 Slim's dimensions are 96mm x 358mm x 216mm. The Digital Edition of the PS5 Slim is even slimmer and lighter than its disc counterpart.

In terms of specifications, both versions of the PS5 Slim are identical despite their size differences.
