CES 2013: Tech Trends to Watch at the Event Next Week
One of the biggest and longest-running technology trade shows is scheduled to open next week. According to a report from foxnews.com, Consumer Electronics Show 2013 is set to awe "techies" starting from January 8 till January 11 in Las Vegas. And giving its readers a peek, technology news site NeeWee.com shared some of the few tech trends to expect at the said event.
Microsoft, Google, Apple and Amazon: No Show
As stated in the report, the event remains as one of the biggest platforms for technology companies to show off their latest gadgets and devices. However, it related that giant technology companies as Microsoft, Google, Apple and Amazon aren't going to be a part of this year's CES. Nonetheless, it said that there would still be around 20,000 products to be presented in the exhibit.
Evolution of Smart TVs
In addition, in the said report, foxnews.com determined the tech trends to expect in CES 2013. And in its post about the event, NeeWee.com, related some of them. Among other things, it pointed out the rise of small tech companies. Apart from that, it also said to expect the emergence of smart TVs and internet-connected appliances.
"The Consumer Electronics Show 2013 is scheduled to open in Las Vegas next week. Specifically, it will run from January 08 up to 11. And with all technology companies joining the show, sure thing, the tech trends they will present are something to watch out for.
