From New MacBook Air to iPhone SE 4: Expected Upcoming Apple Devices in 2025
Apple is expected to introduce an array of new products in the initial months of 2025. Among the anticipated releases are the MacBook Air M4, the iPad 11, the iPhone SE 4, among others. Despite Apple's silence on its future plans, information has leaked, providing a glimpse into what the brand has in store.
The MacBook Air M4 is expected to make its debut slightly ahead of the other products. Apple may not host a dedicated event for this release, instead, the company might opt for a press release to announce the new MacBook Air models.

The line-up for the first half of 2025 is not just limited to these new MacBooks or an iPhone; rumours hint at updated iPad Air models. In this story, we have listed all of the devices that are most likely to arrive by the first half of 2025.
MacBook Air M4
Starting with the MacBook, Apple is expected to M4-powered MacBook Air early next year, featuring an identical to the MacBook Air M3. The next-gen Mac is expected to come in two sizes-13-inch and 15-inch. Moreover, the MacBook Air M4 is tipped to feature Center Stage camera, and Thunderbolt 4 ports, an upgrade over Thunderbolt 3.
iPad 11
Apple is reportedly planning to launch the entry-level iPad 11 in early 2025 with iPadOS 18.3. The first beta of iPadOS 18.3 was released to developers last week with a broader release expected for next year. The upcoming tablet will likely launch with the A17 Pro chipset and Apple's in-house modem.
iPhone SE 4
Leaks and rumours have suggested that Apple could follow the same launch timeline for its next-generation iPhone SE 4 as the iPhone SE 2022, which debuted in March 2022. In terms of features, the iPhone SE 4 is tipped to come with an OLED display and the A18 processor paired with 8GB of RAM at minimum.
For optics, there could be a single 48MP rear camera and a 12MP selfie camera. In terms of design, the upcoming iPhone SE 4 is said to borrow design language from the iPhone 14, which hints that there won't be a home button like the current SE model. Instead, the iPhone SE 4 will retain the notch cutout at the top like the iPhone 14.
The next-gen iPhone SE 4 is anticipated to be the cheapest iPhone to support Apple Intelligence as it is expected to be priced under $500 (around Rs 41,000).
New iPad Air Models
In addition to these devices, the Cupertino-based tech giant is likely to bring new iPad Air models codenamed J481 and J482. The launch is expected to take place at Apple's Spring event. An earlier report suggests that Apple might announce an updated version of its Magic Keyboard accessory, codenamed R307 and R308, for both the 11-inch and 13-inch versions of the new Air.
As we await official announcements from Apple, it's important to note that information from leaks should be taken with a pinch of salt. As more details emerge closer to launch dates, we can expect further insights into what these new devices will offer.
