Nokia Lumia 520
Lumia 520 has started appearing on several online retailers for pre-order at a price of Rs 10,499. As far as specs are concerned, Lumia 520 packs a 4-inch WVGA display with 480 x 800 pixel resolution, 1GHz dual core processor, 512MB RAM, 5MP rear camera, 8GB internal memory, micro SD card slot supporting up to 64GB additional storage, Windows Phone 8 OS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a 1,430 mAh battery. At this price point, Lumia 520 is cheapest Windows Phone 8 handset to compete with the other budget offerings.
Lava Xolo B700
Lava has launched Xolo B700 at Rs 8,999, the handset that was available online last week. Xolo B700 sports a 4.3 inch qHD IPS capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, 1GHz dual core processor, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, 5MP rear camera, 0.3MP front camera for video calling, 4GB internal storage, 512MB RAM, micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB additional storage, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS and a 3,450 mAh battery with 20 hours talk time and 363 hours standby.
Google Nexus 7
After almost eight months of wait, the Indian consumers have received the Google's 7 inch tablet - Nexus 7 via the Play Store at Rs 15,999. Speaking of the specifications, Google Nexus 7 sports a 7 inch 10 point multi-touch IPS display with 1280 x 800 resolution, quad core 1.2GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS (upgradeable to Android 4.2 Jelly Bean), 1GB RAM, 16GB/32GB internal storage, 1.2MP front camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, 4,325 mAh battery and NFC connectivity.

WishTel, an India based tech manufacturer has added a convertible tablet to its portfolio by launching Ira Capsule at Rs 16,000. Ira Capsule packs a 10.1 inch multi-touch LCD capacitive touchscreen display, 1.6GHz dual core processor, 1GB RAM, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS, 16GB internal storage, micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB additional storage, 5MP rear camera, 0.3MP front camera, 3G SIM card slot for voice calling, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and an 8,000 mAh battery offering 5 hours of backup.
Datawind UbiSlate 7C+ Edge
Datawind, the maker of Aakash tablet seems to be ready with another tablet as UbiSlate 7C+ has been spotted online at a price of Rs 5,999. The UbiSlate 7C+ comes with a 7 inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, 1GHz Cortex A8 processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB additional storage, Wi-Fi, USB, VGA front camera, Android 4.0 ICS operating system and a 3,200 mAh battery.
