LG Watch Urbane Goes Official Ahead of MWC 2015

South-Korean company LG has announced, the companies first Android Wearable, a smartwatch with metal build, ahead of Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015, which is to be held on March 2- 5 in Barcelona. Dubbed as LG Watch Urbane, it comes with an Stainless steel body with leather strap, which can be replaced with any 22mm wide band. According to the company, it is more of the formal look with thinner profile, which is similar to the luxury timepiece.

Moving on to the Specification, this smart watch sports a 1.3-inch P-OLED display with 320 x 320 pixles, which translates into 245ppi. This wearable is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with 512MB LPDDR2 RAM RAM. This smartwatch comes in two variants namely Gold finish and polished Silver.

It has 4GB of storage and carries a dimension of 10.9mm thickness. The smartwatch supports the Android OS, and compatible with smartphones running Android 4.3 and above. Moreover, this smartwatch has IP67 rating, which means it has dust and water resistant.

Also, it supports sensors like Gyrometer, Accelerometer, Compass, Barometer, PPG and powered by a 410mAh battery. As the pricing and the availability is not known as of now, it will be announced during the MWC 2015 event next month.
