Moto 360 Smartwatch Price Slashed as Google Wages War on Apple’s Watch
With the Apple Watch set to go on sale later this month, Google today announced a massive price cut on its Moto 360 smartwatch. The company is now selling the Moto 360 for $165 with free shipping through its Google Play store.

The price cut seems to be permanent and not part of a limited offer sale. The timepiece also got a price cut on Amazon and Best Buy, where it's selling for $180. The latest price of the watch is roughly $85 less than the original sticker price of $249.

As part of its latest marketing efforts, Google has now cut the price of the Moto 360 to $165. This price cut comes just after Apple Watch pre-orders began.
