BenQ Launches InstaShow VS25 and WDC15 at InfoComm India 2025 to Usher in a New Era of Wireless Conferencing
BenQ has chosen India as the launch site for its latest wireless conferencing systems at InfoComm India 2025 in Mumbai. The company introduced the InstaShow VS25 and WDC15, highlighting India's growing role in enterprise technology. This move marks a shift from traditional launches in North America or Europe, underscoring India's influence as a global innovation leader.
The InstaShow VS25 is tailored for dynamic multi-user settings, accommodating up to 64 paired buttons and four presenters simultaneously. It offers native 4K resolution at 60Hz, seamless touchback control, and compatibility with platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Operating independently of network infrastructure, it provides Wi-Fi 6 performance through a secure hardware link.

Hybrid Work Solutions
InstaShow WDC15 complements the VS25 by catering to boardrooms and corporate education environments. Supporting up to 16 presenters, it aims to streamline workflows without compromising on performance or security. Both models are designed to address inefficiencies in digital meetings and hybrid workplace setups without requiring apps or IT intervention.
Rajeev Singh, Managing Director of BenQ India, highlighted the impact of hybrid work on meeting productivity. "Our studies show that enterprises lose an average of 15 minutes per meeting due to basic connectivity issues," he noted. "The VS25 and WDC15 are designed to eliminate those frictions entirely. You plug in, press the button, and you're on."
Security and Compatibility
Both products support major screen-sharing protocols like Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, and Miracast for cross-platform compatibility across iOS, Android, Windows, and MacOS. This approach removes the need for guest Wi-Fi access or last-minute dongle searches in various conference settings.
Security is a priority for BenQ; both models meet high compliance standards with AES-128 encryption, WPA3 support, and CVSS 4.0 compliance. These features are crucial for regulated industries such as BFSI, healthcare, and government sectors.

Market Strategy
The InstaShow VS25 is priced at ₹1,99,000 while the WDC15 costs ₹99,000. Both devices are available across India through BenQ's authorised partners. The decision to launch here reflects India's rising hybrid workforce and demand for seamless conferencing solutions.
BenQ's global group includes companies like AU Optronics and Qisda within a $25B+ ecosystem spanning healthcare and display innovation. With offices in over 30 countries and a workforce exceeding 100,000 employees worldwide, BenQ's commitment to India is strategic rather than symbolic.
As enterprise digitisation accelerates globally, India's role in shaping product direction is expanding significantly. The global-first launch of VS25 and WDC15 at InfoComm India 2025 confirms that India is no longer just a test market but a key player where digital collaboration's future unfolds.
