CES 2019 live updates: LG Signature OLED TV R launched with rollable display

CES 2019 is finally here, every year there are many brands join the stage to showcase their crazy innovation. Like every year, this time also we are going to witness some awesome gadgets and technologies. For CES 2019, LG has created something big for us. The company has announced that they are going to show off a cool and innovative display at the tech fair in Las Vegas. This includes an 88-inch 8K OLED, a 65-inch 8K OLED display, and a 65-inch 4K OLED screen. In addition to that, the company is also going to showcase a couple of transparent OLED displays, a 27-inch Neo Art concept screen, a 27-inch 4K screen with just 0.11-inch bezels and a 13.3-inch 4K display with a power consumption of 2.8W.
The 88-inch 8K OLED screen
The 88-inch 8K OLED display is an upgrade to the company's Crystal Sound screen technology which was introduced back in 2017. This technology allows the company to embed the sound system in the OLED screen so that it will reduce the extra area coved by the speakers. According to LG, the 88-inch 8K OLED display can produce 3.2.2-channel Dolby Atmos audio, which makes the screen more attractive.
65-inch 8K and 4K OLED panels
Apart from the giant 88-inch display, the company is also introducing two 65-inch displays at CES 2019. The 65-inch will be the 4K display and it will come with the world's fastest motion picture response time of 3.5ms. According to the company, this makes the screen ideal for watching action movies and sports.
The South Korean electronics giant company is also going to bough two new screens for automotive usage. One will be a 12.3-inch transparent OLED panel with a transparency of 45 percent and a 12.3-inch P-OLED screen. The event is scheduled to kick start from 9 PM IST.
