Dreame’s New India Website Brings Buying, Support, and Warranty Under One Roof
Dreame Technology is expanding its presence in India with a direct-to-consumer (D2C) push, adding its own website as a new way for customers to buy products.

Through this platform, buyers can now access the company’s full range in one place. That includes robotic vacuums, cordless stick vacuums, wet and dry cleaners, grooming products, and accessories. Until now, most of these were primarily available through marketplaces and retail partners.
A More Connected Buying Experience
The idea here is simple. Instead of splitting the experience across platforms, Dreame is trying to bring everything together. You can browse products, make a purchase, and access support through a single channel.
At the same time, this doesn’t replace existing channels. The company will continue selling through platforms like Amazon and offline stores, so users still have flexibility in how they shop.
Launch Offer and Warranty Access
To mark the launch, Dreame is offering a 50% discount on a one-year extended warranty for robotic vacuums. This offer is valid for a limited period between April 1 and April 10 and applies to purchases made through its website.
One small but useful addition is that extended warranties can now be purchased directly on the platform.
Focus on After-Sales Support
Dreame is also putting more attention on after-sales service. It has introduced a dedicated helpline, along with options like pick-up and drop service, plus virtual and on-site installation support.
The move comes as the company looks to strengthen its position in India, which it sees as a key market going forward.
