Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic 8KHz Keyboards Launched In India With Hall Effect Switches: Check Price, Specs

Razer has brought Hall Effect switches to its Huntsman esports line with the new V3 HE Magnetic 8KHz keyboards. There are two models, a Tenkeyless board and a Mini 65% board, and the hardware inside is identical on both. Each uses Razer's own magnetic switches rated for 100 million presses, runs at an 8000Hz polling rate, and lets you set the trigger point anywhere between 0.1mm and 4.0mm. Both are on sale in India now.

Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz: The Bigger Board

This one skips the number pad but holds on to the function row and the arrow cluster, which is the layout a lot of competitive players end up preferring. Since the internals match the smaller model exactly, picking this comes down to how much desk you have and whether you want those extra keys physically present.

The 65% board cuts things down further and frees up mouse room for anyone playing at low sensitivity. Nothing has been removed on the performance side, and it undercuts the Tenkeyless by roughly ₹2,200, so it works out as the more affordable way into the range.

Everything You Need to Know

The headline feature is adjustable actuation, meaning you decide how far a key has to sink before it registers. Pair that with Rapid Trigger, which resets a key the moment you start lifting your finger instead of waiting for a fixed point, and repeated inputs like counter-strafing land quicker.

Razer claims an average latency of 0.60ms with actuation set to 0.1mm and polling at 8000Hz, and puts that roughly 8 percent ahead of the closest rival Hall Effect board it measured. Worth remembering that this number comes from Razer's own bench, so wait for independent testing before treating it as settled.

There is also a set of depth-based input tricks. Snap Flex fires one action when you press a key and a second when you let go, so something like priming a grenade and then releasing it while jumping becomes a single motion. Dynamic Keystroke stacks up to four actions on one key depending on how deep you push, while Instant Cancel Control kills a queued follow-up if the fight changes. Dual-Keypress Priority makes sure your intended movement keeps registering when you fumble an extra directional key.

Setup runs through Synapse on PC or directly on the keyboard, and Razer has added Synapse Web this time, a browser-based panel that needs no installation. Profiles save to the board itself, which matters if you hop between a home rig and a LAN or tournament machine.

Availability And Pricing in India

The Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz is priced at ₹15,499, while the Mini 65% version comes in at ₹13,290. Both keyboards are yet to be listed for sale in India, but they should appear on Amazon soon.
