This Is A Selfie Drone in Town, That Can Follow You and Take Pictures!
In this modern world, everyone would love to take selfies! Those who are already obsessed with selfies don't have particular place or time, they keep on clicking shots! There are lots of accessories including selfie stick, LuMee light-up case, Joby GripTight GorillaPod Magnetic XL and other product to help the user to perfect the art of selfies.
However, going a step ahead, an Australian technology firm, IoT Group has unveiled a flying selfie device, dubbed as ROAM-e. As per Ian Duffell, the executive director of the loT Group, told Mashable Australia, "The selfie stick's problem is it's confined to the length of the stick. The thought was let's get the stick flying with you".
How does it work ?
Working process of this selfie device is pretty simple. All you need to do is to tether your smartphone with ROAM-e. This selfie device is controlled by face recognition technology, to make it follow the users up to 25 meters (82 feet).
After this, users can take selfies in their very own way be it 360-degree panorama or a video. Further, it can also record 20 minutes of video in the air!
ROAM-e Specifications!
This device features a Quad Core ARM Cortex A7 Processor along with 5 MP CMOS sensor under the board.
n order to make it compact, the company has modelled in a size of a 600-millilitre water bottle. Further, in future the company is planning to drop a pin on a map feature, instructing the ROAM-e to travel to that point and return.
Price!
Coming to the price point, the ROAM-e will carry a price tag of $267 (approx Rs. 17,600) and will be available in the market from June.
