Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi Priority Club in India, a program designed to provide premium service benefits to its customers. This initiative aims to streamline the user experience for owners of Xiaomi's high-end smartphones and select TVs.

Eligibility and Enrollment Currently, the Xiaomi Priority Club is limited to owners of specific Xiaomi products. This includes premium smartphone models like the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Mi 11 Ultra. Additionally, owners of select Xiaomi TVs, such as the Mi QLED TV 75, Xiaomi OLED Vision TV 55, and Xiaomi Smart TV X 65, can also join the program.

Enrollment Requirements To be eligible for the Xiaomi Priority Club, customers must have purchased their premium Xiaomi smartphones or televisions through authorized channels after January 1, 2020. There's a limited window for enrollment depending on the purchase date:

• Those who purchased between January 1, 2020, and May 31, 2023, have 90 days from the club's launch to sign up.
• New customers purchasing after May 31, 2023, have one year from their purchase date to enroll.

Enrollment Process Customers can register their premium devices on the Xiaomi Service+ Application by providing the IMEI number and invoice date. Xiaomi will then verify these details to confirm eligibility.

Exclusive Perks for Members Membership in the Xiaomi Priority Club unlocks a range of exclusive benefits, including:

• Priority service: Members receive faster resolution times for their device issues through prioritized appointments and expedited service at Xiaomi service centers.
• Convenient repairs: The club offers complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for specific mobile repairs, eliminating the need for customers to visit service centers in person.
• Loaner devices: If repairs cannot be completed within 2 hours, Xiaomi provides members with a temporary device to ensure uninterrupted use.
• Device optimization: Members benefit from regular health check-ups for their devices, identifying any potential issues. Additionally, the program includes automatic software updates to keep devices running at peak performance.
• Enhanced support: Priority Club members have access to faster customer support callbacks and direct chat with knowledgeable agents, allowing for personalized assistance with their devices.

Terms and Conditions The membership is strictly non-transferable and valid for two years from the warranty start date of the premium product, with automatic renewals for successive one-year periods as long as the member remains active on the Service+ Application. Additionally, Xiaomi can withdraw or transfer membership if the associated premium products are returned or if there's any misuse or violation of the terms and conditions.
